National American Insurance Company of California (NAICC) is a California-based insurance company specializing in non-standard private passenger automobile insurance and specialty contract and commercial surety bonds.  Automobile insurance is produced by the independent broker community in California and marketed, administered and underwritten by SCJ Insurance Services, Inc.  Surety bonds are underwritten in mostly the western United States by company personnel known as Capstone Surety.  In conjunction with the underwriting of surety bonds, the Company uses its own funds control company (d.b.a. Contractors Business Resources), which also markets to third party sureties, general contractors and financial lending institutions.
