See How It All Works – Covanta Mid-Conn provides escorted tours of the facility to anyone interested in learning more about the Mid-Connecticut Resource Recovery Process.

• Tour Days – Tuesday and Thursday (preferable)

• Tour Hours – Morning Tour – 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Afternoon Tour – 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Tour Checklist

1. Must be 12 years or older
2. Must have signed visitor’s agreement. If under 18, must be signed by parent or legal guardian
3. Must wear covered shoes
4. Student to teacher ratio must be at least 1 teacher/adult : 10 students
