Peter C. B. Bynoe has been a director since July 2004. Mr. Bynoe is Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Bynoe joined the law firm of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US, LLP as a partner in 1995 and currently serves on the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Bynoe has been a principal of Telemat Ltd., a consulting and project management firm, since 1982. He is a director of Rewards Network Inc.
